The Offer

• 1045 gross/month 14 salaries per year

• 250 monthly performance bonus

• 15-day fully paid distance training

• 150 gross upon training completion with the second cycle of payments (one-time payment)

• Work from home in Greece with all necessary equipment provided (including router)

• Flexible work schedule: MondaySunday 10:0021:00 (rotating shifts)

• Night shift premium: 25% per hour

• Sundays & public holidays: 75% per hour

• Relocation bonus: 150 gross after 4 months of cooperation with us starting from your hiring date (one time payment)

Relocation Support Two Options

1. All expenses covered: Flight Hotel stay Real estate agency fee

2. Alternative package: 250 relocation allowance Real estate agency fee covered
   (Perfect if youre traveling by car or have your own arrangements)

What Youll Be Doing

• Deliver exceptional customer support and product advice via phone

• Promote suitable solutions or upgrades based on customers needs and preferences

• Engage in consultative selling turning support calls into sales opportunities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty

• Use internal tools and product knowledge to guide and assist users

• Salary increase: Αfter the completion of 12 Months of cooperation starting from your hiring date a salary increase of 1100.00 (applicable from the first available payroll cycle following the completion of the timeframe)

• After the completion of 3 years of employment the gross salary increases to 1150.00. (applicable from the first available payroll cycle following the completion of the timeframe)

• Mobile internet router supplied during onboarding (ideal if you are temporarily in a hotel or without a fixed connection)
