About the opportunity:

If you have production MLOps experience strong PyTorch skills and the ability to communicate your work to non-technical stakeholders we have multiple opportunities waiting for you.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy machine learning models to production at scale
Build and maintain ML pipelines using MLflow Databricks or similar tools
Collaborate with data engineering teams on feature pipelines and model serving
Monitor model performance and implement retraining workflows
Translate complex ML concepts into clear business value for stakeholders
What we are looking for:
38 years of ML engineering experience with production deployment
Strong Python and PyTorch (or TensorFlow) proficiency
MLOps experience MLflow CI/CD for ML Docker model monitoring
Databricks and Azure ML experience highly valued
Energy or industrial domain experience is a differentiator
Houston-based or willing to relocate onsite and hybrid roles available
