About the opportunity:

Jobvous Staffing Solutions is placing AI & Automation Engineers with Houston energy companies undergoing AI transformation right now. These are not prototype roles these companies are building autonomous AI agents and intelligent automation systems that operate in real industrial environments.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop intelligent automation and AI solutions for energy operations

Build autonomous AI agents that streamline workflows and enhance decision-making

Integrate AI systems with existing enterprise platforms and industrial processes

Collaborate with operations teams to translate business problems into AI solutions

Deploy monitor and optimize AI models in production environments

What we are looking for:

3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with production deployment

Strong Python skills automation frameworks API integration orchestration

Experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain AutoGen or similar)

Workflow automation and RPA experience highly valued

Energy sector domain knowledge is a plus not required

Ability to work onsite or hybrid in the greater Houston area
