Were looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment and knows how to turn challenges into this role youll combine technical expertise leadership and project management to keep our production running safely efficiently and at the highest quality standards.

What Youll Do

• Lead and support maintenance operations ensuring equipment runs efficiently and reliably
• Manage plant projects from concept to completionon time and within budget
• Oversee equipment installation testing and production start-ups
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis (breakdowns PMs costs)
• Partner with suppliers engineering and production teams to optimize performance
• Support capital projects including feasibility and implementation (RCA process)
• Ensure compliance with safety food safety and quality standards (FSSC GMPs)
• Coach develop and lead maintenance technicians to build a strong accountable team
• Coordinate staffing scheduling and performance management for your team
• Foster strong communication across shifts and departments

What You Bring

• Associates degree in Management or Maintenance-related field (Engineering degree preferred)
• 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing/maintenance
  or 5 years of progressive leadership experience
• Strong technical background: electrical mechanical PLCs VFDs welding machining
• Experience with equipment installation start-up and commissioning
• Knowledge of CMMS and preventative maintenance systems
• Familiarity with food manufacturing GMPs HACCP and ISO standards (preferred)
• A leadership style that builds trust accountability and continuous improvement
