Position Details:
  • 36 hours/week; benefitted
  • 12-hour Night shift 7p-7a

Patient Care Techniciansat The Johns Hopkins Hospital have the opportunity to provide highly skilled and compassionate patient- and family-centered care as contributing members of the healthcare team. Ongoing education is provided to all Clinical Technicians to ensure that all techs perform at the highest level of their certification and scope of practice. During your first year you will have the opportunity to attend eight days of training off the unit which provide interactive learning activities to support your personal and professional development.

Take a tour of our campus: School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma.

  • One year of clinical experience is required or successful completion of the intern program
  • Licensure/Certifications:

    • Nursing Assistant Certification from the Maryland Board of Nursing required.
    • BLS certification provided by AHA American Red Cross or Military Training Network

    Salary Range: Minimum 18.41/hour - Maximum 27.70/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
