ATM IT Business Analyst

• As an ATM IT Business Analystyoullwork at the interface between business and IT and translate specialist requirements intofeasibleITsolutions.

• In a business-related cluster focussing on Swiss Post branches and self-servicesolutions(e.g.Postomats My Post 24) you willaccompanyprojects and services from the definition of requirements to their successful introduction.

• You will actively shape your role on the way to stable product teams and systematically advance topics such as digitalization customer experience and retail and consulting business.

• Thanks to your holistic view you willidentifycorrelations early on and drive forward sustainable future-proof IT solutions.

• You will take responsibility for projects pilot projects and the evaluation of innovative ideas and implement them together with the team.

• In collaboration with various stakeholders you will ensure transparencystructureand a clear basis for decision-making.

What you have to offer

• You have basic commercial or technical training supplemented by further training in the field of information technology or business informatics.

• Several years of professional experience as a business analyst or project manager and a broad fascination with the IT environment.

• You have a keen sense of how to structure complex projects developviablesolutionsand consistently drive them forward understanding ambiguities not as obstacles but as opportunities for optimization.

• You have experience with self-service ATMs and in-depth knowledge of the banking environment as well as excellent skills in using agile methods safely and effectively in projects.

• Thanks to your independent solution-orientated approach to work your strong servicementalityand your communication with the target audience you also take on responsibility in complex IT landscapes.

• You have a good spoken and written command of German and goodproficiencyin English.
