Job Summary

Role: Senior Engineer

Client:Leading Residential Developer

Essentials: HETAC Level 8 Engineering qualification minimum of 5 years similar experience in Ireland strong project management skills.

Location: Dublin 4

Salary: 70000 -80000

Overseeing: Site management quality assurance subcontractor coordination and stakeholder relationships

Key responsibilities include managing and coordinating subcontractors and service providers to ensure testing and commissioning timelines are met monitoring the quality control of subcontractor work and ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and design standards.

You will also be responsible for reviewing design documents participating in Design Team Meetings resolving any design issues and updating quality assurance documentation. Additionally you will oversee specific work packages manage third-party stakeholders such as Irish Water and local authorities and implement value engineering solutions to drive project efficiencies.
