An established small animal practice is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its supportive and collaborative medical team. Responsibilities
Perform diagnostics treatment planning and surgical procedures
Guide and support clinical team members through mentorship and leadership
Oversee quality of care and patient outcomes
Support staff development training and performance
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance
Build strong client relationships through clear communication and education
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited institution
Active veterinary license in good standing (or eligibility)
3 years of clinical experience (leadership experience preferred)
Strong clinical surgical and diagnostic skills
Proven leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to high-quality patient-centered care
