An established small animal practice is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its supportive and collaborative medical team. Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics treatment planning and surgical procedures
- Guide and support clinical team members through mentorship and leadership
- Oversee quality of care and patient outcomes
- Support staff development training and performance
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Build strong client relationships through clear communication and education
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited institution
- Active veterinary license in good standing (or eligibility)
- 3 years of clinical experience (leadership experience preferred)
- Strong clinical surgical and diagnostic skills
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high-quality patient-centered care
