Job Summary
AmeriCareis seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in Atlanta GA. As a Caregiver you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients helping them maintain their independence and improving their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and mobility.
- Provide medication reminders and monitor clients health and wellbeing.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning laundry and shopping.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients families and healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients conditions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate patient and dependable.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass background checks and any required certifications.
