Job Summary
This role is temporary seasonal. Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years old and possess a valid drivers license. Responsibilities may encompass a variety of tasks related to turf maintenance landscape services irrigation systems and horticultural activities for city parks and other public landscape areas. This role may involve operating power mowers and other landscape maintenance equipment. General labor duties may include tasks such as litter collection weeding care for flowers shrubs and trees as well as mulching landscaped areas. Additional responsibilities may also involve watering plants handling hoses and the ability to stand for extended periods. Familiarity with plant materials is preferred. The approximate starting date for these positions is mid-March with some extending through November. General work hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through candidates must pass a background check.
