About the role
An exciting opportunity exists within our Planning and Delivery team for a Project Leader - External Contracts. This role is responsible for leading the delivery of transport and open space capital projects through external service providers ensuring projects are delivered safely on time and within budget.
Working closely with internal stakeholders asset owners and external project managers this position plays a key role in coordinating monitoring and reporting on project performance. The role also contributes to continuous improvement strong stakeholder relationships and high-quality service outcomes for our community.
About you
Were looking for a project management professional who has:
- demonstrated experience delivering civil construction or infrastructure projects
- strong capability in contract administration cost control risk management and contractor performance oversight
- well-developed stakeholder engagement communication and negotiation skills
- proven ability to manage competing priorities and report on complex projects
- a commitment to safety and continuous improvement and the delivery of high-quality outcomes.
Whats on offer
- Competitive salary on offer 12% superannuation
- Permanent Full Time 35 hours per week
