Were Hiring: Country Administrative & Finance Director (AFD)

We are looking for a Country Administrative & Finance Director to lead financial performance and support business growth at country level. Reporting to the Group CFO you will act as a key business partner to the Country Managing Director and ensure strong governance across finance administration procurement and HR.

Your Role

As AFD you will oversee the financial and operational backbone of the organization within your scope ensuring alignment with Group standards while driving profitability and cash generation.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Leadership

• Own and manage P&L and cash performance

• Lead budgeting forecasting and financial reporting processes

• Monitor performance vs. budget and drive corrective actions

• Optimize working capital and cash flow

Closing & Compliance

• Oversee monthly quarterly and annual closings

• Ensure reconciliation between management and statutory accounts

• Coordinate with auditors and local accounting partners

Business Partnering

• Support operational teams with financial insights and decision-making

• Drive financial awareness and performance culture

• Advise on budgeting planning and cost optimization

Operations & Administration

• Supervise invoicing collections and customer administration

• Ensure alignment between finance and accounting processes

• Optimize fixed costs and leverage local tax incentives

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and develop finance and support teams

• Align resources with business needs

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and local regulations

Governance & Support Functions

• Ensure strong internal controls and risk management

• Oversee IT procurement and HR support functions

• Drive process improvements and implementation of Group tools
