About the role

As an Early Years Apprentice youll work alongside experienced practitioners to support children aged 05 helping them learn grow and thrive in a safe and nurturing environment.

Youll gradually develop skills in:

• Supporting childrens learning through play

• Helping with daily routines and care

• Creating engaging activities aligned to the EYFS

• Building positive relationships with children families and colleagues

• Understanding safeguarding and child development

No prior experience is required just enthusiasm commitment and a genuine love of working with children.

• A positive caring and reliable attitude

• Willingness to learn and complete an apprenticeship

• Good communication skills

• Passion for early years and child development

• GCSEs in English and Maths (or willingness to work towards them)
