Commercial Maintenance Technician

Shift: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
Pay: $28$32/hour
Location: Citrus Heights CA

Looking for a hands-on role where every day brings something different Were seeking a Commercial Maintenance Technician to support multiple customer sites in a local territory. This is a mobile position where youll be provided a company vehicle and tools while working across a variety of commercial properties.

What Youll Do

Youll handle a mix of maintenance repair and troubleshooting work across commercial buildings:

• Perform preventative maintenance and respond to daily work orders
• Complete minor plumbing repairs (toilets urinals faucets valves flush systems)
• Handle light electrical work (switches outlets fixtures bulbs ballasts)
• Perform carpentry and general building repairs (drywall doors walls painting touch-ups)
• Maintain building appearance and functionality across multiple sites
• Troubleshoot basic HVAC electrical and plumbing issues
• Complete inspections and document work using a tablet or mobile device
• Submit service reports time entries and job updates
• Communicate with customers to ensure quality service and satisfaction
• Support larger project estimates when needed

What Were Looking For

• Around 5 years of general maintenance or facilities experience
• Strong skills in plumbing electrical and carpentry
• HVAC experience is a plus
• Comfortable using mobile devices for work orders and documentation
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Good communication and customer service mindset

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid drivers license in good standing required
• Experience in commercial maintenance strongly preferred
• Ability to travel locally between job sites daily
