Job Summary

Territory includes: Rhode Island Cape Islands Southern Mass

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the Rhode Islandterritory.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to educate healthcare providers about products and services.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends competitor activity and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
  • Provide training and support to clients and staff regarding product usage and best practices.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance activities and market analysis.
  • Attend industry conferences trade shows and networking events to represent the company and increase brand awareness.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Life Sciences or related field.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare market particularly in cardiology and arrhythmias.
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Desired Experience:
  • Preferred 3-5 years of experience in a sales role within the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Pharma or B2B sales with aproven track record of success.
  • Experience in managing a territory and achieving sales goals.
  • Established network within the healthcare community in the Dallas area.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the medical field.
