This role will oversee accounts payable accounts receivable general ledger maintenance and support basic administrative functions to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
ManageAccounts Payable (A/P):
Enter and process vendor bills
Schedule and track payments
ManageAccounts Receivable (A/R):
Generate invoices
Track outstanding balances and follow up on collections
Maintain and reconcileGeneral Ledger
Performbank and credit card reconciliations
Assist withmonth-end and year-end close
QuickBooks Management
Maintain accurate records inQuickBooks (Online/Desktop)
Ensure proper job costing and expense categorization
Generate financial reports:
Profit & Loss
Balance Sheet
Cash Flow
Administrative Support
Support office operations (filing documentation vendor coordination)
Assist with payroll data preparation (if applicable)
Maintain organized financial records and documentation
QualificationsRequired
45 years bookkeeping experience
Strong proficiency inQuickBooks
Experience with A/P A/R and general ledger
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred
Experience inconstruction security or service-based businesses
Understanding ofjob costing
Familiarity with payroll systems
Compensation & Benefits
Salary:$55000 $72000 (based on experience)
