This role serves as both a revenue driver and trusted project advisor responsible for guiding clients through high-end residential and commercial flooring projects. This connection would take our clients from initial consultation to final installation.
As the face of the company you will combine consultative sales execution with product expertise helping clients make confident informed decisions that enhance the value performance and aesthetics of their spaces. This is a field sales opportunity role derived on building great relationships requires strong self-management ownership of your pipeline and the ability to consistently convert opportunities into closed business.

OBJECTIVES
Drive revenue growth by generating and converting both company provided and self generated leads.
Own and manage your pipeline ensuring consistent follow up and progression of opportunities.
Conduct in home and onsite consultations assessing client needs project scope and design preferences.
Recommend tailored flooring solutions (LVP hardwood tile carpet) aligned with client goals and budget.
Build and present professional accurate proposals that clearly communicate value.
Close deals effectively through strong objection handling and relationship based selling.
Coordinate closely with operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Deliver a high end client experience through clear communication professionalism and follow through.
Actively generate referrals and repeat business by maintaining strong post project relationships.
Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills to enhance performance and credibility.

Strong communication professionalism and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage a field based schedule
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Preferred (Not Required):
Flooring or construction industry experience
Familiarity with LVP hardwood and tile systems
Experience using CRM platforms (Buildium JobNimbus Salesforce etc.)
