Position: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) - English

Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons that engage students and promote interactive learning.
- Asses students progress and provide feedback on their performance in written and verbal formats.
- Create a positive classroom environment conducive to learning while managing student behavior effectively.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that are in accordance with the schools curriculum standards.
- Coordinate with other subject teachers to integrate cross-curricular themes into English lessons.
- Participate in departmental meetings professional development sessions and school events.
- Maintain accurate records of students academic performance and attendance.
- Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in English or Education with a focus on English.
- Certification or degree in teaching from a recognized institution.
- Strong command of the English language and excellent communication skills.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting preferred.
- Familiarity with modern teaching techniques and tools for English language instruction.
- Experience in curriculum development and student assessment methodologies.
