Job Summary
Job Description: TGT SST
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in Social Science to students of the assigned grade.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning needs.
- Assess and evaluate student performance providing regular feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain a safe conducive and stimulating classroom environment to foster student engagement.
- Participate in faculty meetings professional development sessions and school events.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and contribute to a positive school culture.
- Incorporate technology effectively into the classroom and encourage its use among students.
- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any areas of concern.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Education or relevant field.
- Teaching certification for Social Science at the appropriate grade level.
- Strong command of the English language and proficiency in other regional languages is a plus.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Social Science or related subjects.
- Proven experience in creating an inclusive classroom environment.
- Familiarity with modern educational technologies and teaching methodologies.
