Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the pharmacy curriculum and educational policies.
- Oversee faculty recruitment development and evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards set by accrediting bodies.
- Foster relationships with industry partners and healthcare institutions.
- Provide academic leadership and guidance to faculty and students.
- Monitor student progress and support their academic endeavors.
- Conduct research and engage in scholarly activities.
- Organize workshops seminars and continuing education programs.
- Manage departmental budgets and resources effectively.
- Represent the pharmacy program in institutional meetings and events.
Essential Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Pharmacy or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Strong academic background with a focus on pharmacy education.
- Demonstrated leadership and administrative skills.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmacy education or administration.
- Experience in curriculum development and accreditation processes.
- Proven track record of research and publications in relevant fields.
