Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
- Teach quantitative aptitude logical reasoning and data interpretation for multiple exams (CLAT SAT IPMAT GRE GMAT)..
- Develop tailored lesson plans and instructional materials to accommodate the individual learning needs of students.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through quizzes tests and regular feedback sessions.
- Implement innovative teaching methods to encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills among students.
- Guide and mentor students on examination strategies helping them to understand the importance of time management and effective study techniques.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to develop an integrated approach to the curriculum and student learning experiences.
- Participate in faculty meetings and professional development workshops to continually improve teaching practices.
- Maintain open communication with students and parents regarding progress and any concerns.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mathematics Education or a related field.
- Strong grasp of mathematical concepts and their applications in law entrance exams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Desired Experience:
- Prior experience in teaching Mathematics at a high school or pre-university level.
- Experience in law entrance exam preparation is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of enhancing student performance in mathematics.
- Strong foundation in Mathematics (Algebra Arithmetic Geometry Probability Statistics).
- Familiarity with exam patterns of CLAT SAT IPMAT GRE and GMAT.
