Contract: Permanent Full-time
Location:Carlisle
Hours:Monday to Friday 8.15am 5.15pm
Saturday mornings on a rota 8.15am 12.30pm
Salary: National Living Wage time and a half for every saturday

This role is about more than just driving. Youll be the friendly face that customers trust to safely transport them to and from the site while their vehicle is being looked after. Every interaction matters and youll be representing high standards of service from start to finish.

Key responsibilities
Safely transport customers to and from the premises
Provide a warm friendly and professional experience at all times
Represent the business values and maintain high service standards
Ensure vehicles are handled with care and attention
Communicate effectively with customers and the wider team

About you
A confident and safe driver with a full UK driving license
Friendly approachable and professional in your manner
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Reliable punctual and well-presented
Someone who takes pride in delivering a great experience
