Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain relationships with clients acting as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Partner with clients to provide analysis and identify/document improvement opportunities
Ensure stakeholder alignment and satisfaction.
Conduct Stakeholder & Change Impact Assessments.
Scours Genpact doc repositories to find examples of best-in-class communication artifacts to model with client deliverables
Facilitate client review meetings to collect feedback / validations
