Qualifications
Proven experience managing the implementation and deployment of large-scale enterprise-wide projects
Experience working with multiple simultaneous projects/applications at various stages with competing priorities and shifting timelines
A good understanding and proven work experience with various SDLC methodologies
Proven experience managing projects using Agile and Waterfall
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar accreditation is highly desirable
Experience with delivering AI projects is desirable
Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders management end users project team members and vendors
Strong cross-functional leadership experience in a matrix environment
Ability to translate and communicate technical concepts information plans and procedures to both technical personnel and non-IT business users
Knowledge and demonstrated ability to conduct detailed planning to perform risk assessments and to develop associated risk mitigation plans
Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills with an ability to elicit results from cross-functional teams
Expertise in conducting efficient and effective meetings
Proven exceptional project management experience across multiple timelines simultaneously
Solid working understanding of Government Security standards and Regulatory requirements
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Minimum (10) ten years of IT experience
Minimum (8) eight years of experience in a project manager role managing projects from conceptualisation through delivery on time and on budget with full accountability and financial responsibility.
Minimum (5) five years of extensive hands-on experience managing large-scale enterprise-wide IT projects
Experience with and preparing project documentation such as detailed requirements status reports etc.
Proficiency with JIRA or similar project management tool
Advanced level of proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel Word Visio Outlook SharePoint and PowerPoint
