Job Title: Swiss CNC Machinist

Compensation: $25.00 $35.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking skilled Swiss CNC Machinists to operate and support CNC machines in the production of high-precision components. The ideal candidate will have hands-on machining and programming experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced quality-driven production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and support Swiss CNC machines for precision part production
Perform machine setup adjustments and basic troubleshooting
Read and interpret blueprints drawings and technical specifications
Conduct precision measurement and inspection using appropriate tools
Run multiple machines simultaneously while maintaining efficiency and quality
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements

Required Qualifications

2 3 years of CNC machining experience in a production environment
Hands-on experience with Swiss CNC machines (Mazak or Star preferred)
Strong CNC programming and machining knowledge
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Experience with precision measuring instruments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Mazatrol and/or PartMaker programming
Knowledge of CAD/CAM software
Background in medical device manufacturing or other regulated industries
Experience working in a quality-focused production environment
