- Strong hands on experience with Routing & Switching:
- Configuration and troubleshooting of L2/L3 Switches Routers Firewalls
- Experience with Enterprise WAN connectivity:
- Hands on experience with Enterprise Wireless:
- Daily monitoring and operations using SolarWinds / NMS / Syslog
- L2 & L3 Network support to EUS / site teams
- Strong understanding of Windows Server (2012/2016/2019) operations
- Server health monitoring (CPU memory disk services)
- Coordination of OS patching antivirus security hardening
- Experience managing data center operations including:
- Server provisioning & de provisioning
- Vendor coordination (DC power cooling)
- Asset lifecycle management through CMDB
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident Problem Change SLA Capacity)
- Hands on experience with ServiceNow
- Experience handling major incidents RCA and stakeholder communication
- Ability to manage 24 7 operations on call and shift based support
- Strong customer and stakeholder management
- Experience in multi location enterprise / port / industrial environments
- Governance driven audit ready and process oriented mindset
Networking & Security
- SD WAN exposure
- Advanced network security exposure:
- IPS/IDS
- NAC
- Advanced firewall policy management
- Load balancer exposure
- Linux server administration
- Virtualization platforms: VMware / Hyper V
- Backup & Disaster Recovery (DR) coordination experience
- Basic OS level support knowledge of Database servers:
- MSSQL / MySQL / Oracle (coordination with DB teams)
- Experience supporting OT / Industrial / SCADA environments
- Experience in Ports Manufacturing Power or Critical Infrastructure
- Exposure to high availability / mission critical infrastructure design
- CCNA (Mandatory preference)
- Network Security Certifications:
- Fortinet / Palo Alto / Cisco
- ITIL Foundation
- Server / Virtualization certifications (Good to have)
