Salary Range:
- Training Period (2-3 months): 22000 Incentives
- Post Training: 25000 Incentives
Roles:
- Visit client sites for installation of packaging machines
- Handle machine servicing maintenance and troubleshooting
- Identify issues in machines and provide quick solutions on-site
- Coordinate with clients to understand technical problems
- Provide proper guidance and demonstration of machines to clients
- Maintain clear and professional email communication with customers and internal team
- Prepare and submit service reports after each visit
- Ensure machines are working properly after installation/service
- Follow up with clients for feedback and service support
- Coordinate with internal technical team for complex issues
- Maintain records of service visits complaints and resolutions
- Ensure timely service and customer satisfaction
Qualification:Diploma or in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
