What youll do
As a Maintenance Technician youll be at the heart of operations - right on the floor where materials take shape.
Your day-to-day:
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment
- Perform necessary mechanical electrical and hydraulic repairs
- Conduct daily maintenance and safety audits
- Communicate effectively with maintenance team members leadership and production staff
- Complete and maintain accurate maintenance documentation
- Enter and track maintenance activities (Work Orders) within SAP
- Support and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Follow all Food Safety requirements in accordance with the HACCP Plan
- Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness in alignment with 5S standards
- Perform all duties in a safe and compliant manner
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by management
Your strengths as a Maintenance Technician
- Experience in a manufacturing or large industrial maintenance environment required
- Strong mechanical electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair experience
- Working knowledge of PLC systems (troubleshooting and basic diagnostics preferred)
- Experience using SAP or similar maintenance management systems
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings electrical schematics and technical manuals
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with operations teams
- Commitment to safety quality and continuous improvement
