Milyen feladatokat lát el nálunk egy Vállalati Sofőr

• A LEGO Manufacturing Kft. vendégeinek látogatóinak szállítása főként Budapest-Nyíregyháza vonalon esetenként külföldön is
• Személyszállítás megszervezésében való részvétel
• Céges Flotta fenntartásában való aktív részvétel (szervízek takarítások átadás-átvételek illetve gumiabroncsok cseréjének lebonyolításában való részvétel)
• Gépjárművekkel kapcsolatos hivatalos ügyintézések önálló elvégzése (átírások hibalisták)
• Igény esetén a Nem-széria beszerzéssel kapcsolatos anyagok termékek beszállítása
• Napi ügyintézési feladatok ellátása gépjármű flotta autóinak tisztántartása karbantartás ügyintézés
• Egyéb dokumentációk kezelése
• Hivatalos márkaszervízekkel való napi kapcsolattartás
• Napi kapcsolattartás a Sofőrökkel és az Utazási és üzemeltetési szolgáltatás szervezővel
  

Ami a pozíció betöltéséhez szükséges:

• Legalább középfokú végzettség érettségivel
• Hasonló munkakörben szerzett szakmai tapasztalat
• Angol nyelv alapszintű ismerete társalgási szint előny
• Előny: sofőri tapasztalat és/vagy hivatásos jogosítvány
• Felhasználói szintű számítógépes ismeretek (Excel Word Outlook)
• Logikus gondolkodás (útvonaltervezés priorizálás feladatok összehangolása)
• Emberközpontú direkt kommunikáció
• Rendszerszintű gondolkodás és proaktív problémakezelés
• Pontos precíz munkavégzés
• Képes és nyitott önálló munkavégzésre
• Rugalmas munkaidő vállalása (esetenként éjszakai hétvégi munkavégzés)
