Business Execution & Strategic Leadership

  • Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by:

    • Assessing performance baselines and identifying improvement opportunities

    • Editing existing processes and developing improvement solutions

    • Ensuring solutions are simple executable and scalable

    • Consulting crossfunctional teams to gain alignment

    • Communicating changes to drive adoption and behavior change

Change Management

  • Leads behavior change and process improvement programs by:

    • Evaluating change needs and partnering with crossfunctional teams

    • Developing operational strategies to simplify processes

    • Providing expertise on company policies and procedures

    • Ensuring proper controls tools and materials are in place

The annual salary range for this position is $139200.00 - $208800.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

Minimum Qualifications...
