In this role you will ensure high quality stability and coordination across multiple airportcritical systems working endtoend from testing and release planning to error handling and stakeholder coordination.
Challenges you will work on:
In this operationally critical and dynamic role you will:
- Ensure software coordination testing release planning error management and crosssystem integrations across airport applications.
- Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) towards IT suppliers SAS IT and airport stakeholders.
- Manage and coordinate Lounge software including:
- LARRULES and BR writing in close collaboration with DPOs
- Analysis maintenance and release planning for lounge solutions
- Take responsibility for kiosk software including testing issue handling and coordination of fixes.
- Drive structured error report handling by:
- Troubleshooting and prioritizing incidents
- Providing clear feedback to stakeholders and suppliers
- Performing comprehensive testing in lab environments (Lounge Kiosk Speed Gates)
- Play a key role in SAIS (SAS Amadeus Integration System) testing:
- Perform multiapplication endtoend testing
- Coordinate SAIS activities across multiple client systems routed via SAIS including APP D360 GH App SIS Bag Drop SIS Tagomat Kiosk Lounge and legacy systems
- Contribute to projects and initiatives impacting airport operations and passenger experience.
- Maintain Business Requirement documentation service documentation and ensure ongoing SLA followup.
Your ability to see the bigger picture while managing details across interconnected systems will be essential in this role.
To be successful we believe you have:
- A strong sense of structure quality and endtoend thinking
- Solid understanding of airport and airline processes including passenger and baggage flows
- Experience with:
- Airport Operations and Common Use environments (CUSS)
- IATA standards and selfservice kiosk ecosystems
- Lounge access management systems
- Knowledge of Altea CM DCS flows and Amadeus integrations
- Experience with AEA standards PECTAB printing and hardware communication
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to prioritize and coordinate effectively
- Proven capability to act as a bridge between IT and business stakeholders
- Familiarity with ITIL ServiceNow and structured change processes
- Experience coordinating hardware procurement installation and lifecycle management (meriting)
- Understanding of loyalty programs and airline reservations (meriting)
- An analytical patient and processoriented mindset with a high drive to deliver results
- Strong communication skills in a multistakeholder environment

- Position: Fulltime (100%) starting with a 6-month probation period.
- This position is based in Frösundavik Solna (Stockholm) and you will be expected to work onsite. Hybridwork may also be an option depending on the agreement made with your manager.
