CE QUE NOUS VOUS PROPOSONS:

Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre approche darchitecture dentreprise vous intervenez au cœur de la structuration du système dinformation du Groupe.

Vous contribuez activement à la définition et à la mise en œuvre des piliers clés de notre stratégie darchitecture :

• Définition de la cartographie applicative cible Groupe en alignement avec la stratégie et la proposition de valeur métier

• Construction et consolidation des cartographies applicatives locales (pays)

• Contribution au schéma directeur IT en anticipant les écarts et exceptions à la cible

• Analyse et gestion des exceptions darchitecture via les processus de demand management et de Design Authority

• Participation active à la communauté darchitecture Groupe

Vous évoluez dans un environnement dynamique en collaboration étroite avec les architectes end-to-end et au sein dun portefeuille projets ambitieux.

À ce titre vous accompagnez les équipes métiers et IT dans la conception de solutions robustes et alignées avec la vision cible.

Vos principales responsabilités :

• Collaborer avec les chefs de projet afin danalyser limpact des initiatives sur les capacités métier et le système dinformation

• Challenger les besoins métiers en sappuyant sur les bonnes pratiques durbanisme et darchitecture dentreprise

• Garantir la cohérence globale du SI en intégrant les dépendances projets dans la roadmap darchitecture

• Contribuer aux instances de gouvernance notamment la Design Authority

• Accompagner les parties prenantes dans la prise de décision via une approche structurée et orientée valeur

CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS:

• Diplôme Bac5 (Master ou équivalent)

• Solide capacité danalyse et de structuration

• Esprit bâtisseur orienté solution et amélioration continue

• Leadership naturel et capacité à influencer des parties prenantes variées

• Excellentes compétences en communication à lécrit comme à loral

• Maîtrise professionnelle de langlais

• Expérience dans lanimation dateliers (Event Storming brainstorming etc.)

• Bonnes connaissances en gestion de projet et en environnements IT complexes

WHAT WE OFFER

In this role you will be at the heart of structuring and shaping Lyrecos information system contributing to the definition and implementation of key architectural pillars:

• Define the target Group application landscape aligned with business value and strategy

• Build and consolidate local (country-level) application maps

• Contribute to the IT roadmap (master plan) by anticipating and managing deviations from the target architecture

• Analyze and manage architecture exceptions through demand management and Design Authority processes

• Actively contribute to the Architecture community

You will work in a dynamic and international environment closely collaborating with end-to-end architects and supporting an ambitious portfolio of transformation projects.

You will play a key role in supporting both business and IT stakeholders in designing robust and scalable solutions aligned with the target architecture.

Your main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Project Managers to assess the impact of initiatives on business capabilities and the IT landscape

• Challenge business requirements using enterprise architecture and urbanization best practices

• Ensure alignment between project dependencies and the overall architecture roadmap

• Contribute to governance bodies including the Design Authority

• Support stakeholders in decision-making through a structured value-driven approach

YOUR PROFILE

• Masters degree (or equivalent)

• Strong analytical and structuring skills

• Builder mindset solution-oriented with a continuous improvement approach

• Leadership capabilities and ability to influence diverse stakeholders

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• Professional level of English

• Experience facilitating workshops (Event Storming brainstorming etc.)

• Solid understanding of project management and complex IT environments
