Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside dynamic collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.

Youll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination of supply chain activities throughout the lifecycle of our projects from tender to closure. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (such as tender procurement and industrial teams) lead the design and implementation of supply chain processes and proactively manage changes and challenges to deliver on our logistics objectives.

Youll specifically take care of designing supply chain networks during the tender phase as well as ensuring material availability and minimizing costs during project closure but also manage supplier relationships and logistics flows.

Well look to you for:

  • Designing supply chain processes and committing to direct costs during the tender phase

  • Setting up and synchronizing supply chain processes to meet industrial requirements during ramp-up

  • Driving key activities to ensure supplier deliveries stock policies and logistics flows meet QCD objectives

  • Identifying and addressing supplier capacity risks before business awards

  • Coordinating supply chain activities for planning changes supplier changes or technical modifications

  • Managing material availability and anticipating shortages

  • Securing project closure by coordinating end-of-production supply chain activities

  • University degree in a relevant field

  • Experience in supply chain management

  • Experience in supplier/customer relationships or project/industrial environments

  • Fluency in English (negotiation level)

  • Ability to quickly and effectively handle a variety of topics

  • Strong summarization and critical issue identification skills

  • Effective communication and result-driven mindset

  • Experience in remote and multicultural team management
