FOH Team Member

This is a customer-facing role involving service foodpreparation and café operations. Front of House Team Members deliver excellentcustomer service while preparing drinks desserts and food items to Yuumstandards in a fast-paced premium café environment. This role is part of theopening team at Yuum The Whiteley

Responsibilities:

Customer Service

Welcome customers and providefriendly professional service

Create a welcoming environment anddeliver consistently high hospitality standards

Take customer orders using the POSsystem

Maintain strong product knowledgeand confidently recommend products and promotions to increase average ordervalue

Food & Drink Preparation

Prepare drinks desserts and fooditems according to Yuum standards

Carry out light food preparation andcold prep when required

Follow product handling and storageprocedures

Follow food safety hygiene andallergen procedures

Operations & Teamwork

Maintain Yuum service presentationand product standards at all times

Maintain cleanliness andorganisation of the counter equipment and service areas

Refill product displays and maintainvisual presentation

Assist with deliveries restockingand inventory organisation

Maintain product display standards

Support waste reduction and stockrotation

Assist with opening closing anddaily operational tasks

Work closely with the team to keepservice smooth organised and welcoming during busy periods

Share feedback and suggestions tohelp improve service and operations

What we are looking for:

Experience& Skills

Previous experience in hospitalitycafé retail or customer service preferred

Comfortable using POS systems andhandling customer orders

Good spoken English

Personalqualities

Strong communication and customerservice skills

Positive attitude and strongattention to detail

Reliable organised and able to workin a fast-paced environment

Takes ownership of tasks and servicestandards

Interest in premium food drinks orcafé culture

Work requirements

Ability to work flexible shiftsincluding weekends

Comfortable standing and moving forextended periods during busy service

Work collaboratively with the teamto maintain smooth service during peak periods
