Residential House Manager

Arc of Onondaga is actively seeking knowledgeable and experienced candidates who would like to join our team of dedicated Residence Managers!
*$3000 Sign-On Bonus*
Within this role you would primarily be responsible for the planning supervising and coordinating support services that are required to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to supervising a team of Direct Support Professionals planning staff coverage and collaborating with the Community Residence team to ensure that the health and safety needs of residents are fulfilled. You will also assist with the coordination of services planning and management of residents health recreational and social activities. Those in this position are passionate about supporting others and making a difference in peoples lives.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in human services or related field
Related experience in residential programs and supervisory experience
Required Job Qualifications:
Valid NYS drivers license
*Alternatively an equivalent combination of education and experience that satisfies the above preferred job qualifications is acceptable
