Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your reliability and safety expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
Youll play a key role in ensuring the reliability availability maintainability and safety of our projects directly contributing to the delivery of sustainable and efficient mobility solutions. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (engineering project management and quality assurance) analyze system failures and implement improvements to meet contractual and internal reliability requirements.
Youll specifically take care of identifying key failures and components but also ensure compliance with APSYS directives including reliability management.
Well look to you for:
Understanding and managing contractual and internal reliability requirements
Identifying critical failures and components
Ensuring the application of APSYS directives related to reliability
Enhancing reporting standards within projects or assigned clusters
Utilizing the GSI FRACAS module for data-driven reliability improvements
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement

Degree in Engineering or a related field
Experience or understanding of reliability and safety analysis
Knowledge of RAMS principles and methodologies
Familiarity with tools such as FRACAS or similar systems
A certification in reliability engineering or safety management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
