Location: The Learning Experience Andover MA
Pay: $22$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Provide classroom support across infant toddler and preschool programs
- Step into classrooms as needed to maintain ratios and ensure continuity of care
- Assist with daily routines including learning activities meals diapering and transitions
- Support implementation of developmentally appropriate classroom activities
- Maintain safe clean and organized classroom environments
- Collaborate with lead teachers and center leadership
- Communicate professionally with families during drop-off and pickup as needed
- Follow all Massachusetts EEC licensing and safety requirements
- Infant Toddler and Preschool Teacher certification required (Massachusetts EEC)
- Prior childcare or early childhood classroom experience preferred
- Strong flexibility and classroom management skills across age groups
- Reliable collaborative and team-oriented approach
- Ability to meet all Massachusetts licensing requirements
