Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your safety assurance expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside skilled collaborative and innovative teammates.
Youll play a key role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our projects and programs making a tangible impact on the future of transportation. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (Project and Program Safety Assurance Managers Core Project Teams and Engineering Metiers) perform safety analyses and support the development of safety reports and cases among other responsibilities.
Youll specifically take care of applying safety assurance methodologies and attending periodic safety reviews but also contribute to addressing findings from internal and external assessors.
Well look to you for:
Delivering and performing safety analyses under the guidance of the PSAM ensuring strict adherence to processes outlined in the Signalling Safety Instruction.
Participating in the elaboration of Safety Reports and Safety Cases.
Applying safety assurance methodologies including risk acceptance criteria safety analysis and verification and validation.
Attending periodic Safety Reviews to ensure project safety compliance.
Supporting actions to close findings raised by internal or external assessors.
Ensuring compliance with key performance indicators such as delivering quality inputs for safety findings and respecting deadlines for deliverables.

An advanced university or engineering degree.
English proficiency for reading and writing technical documentation.
Knowledge of system electrical electronics or electromechanical engineering (desirable).
Familiarity with hardware and/or software engineering (desirable).
Some knowledge of CENELEC standards for safety or equivalent standards (AREMA IEEE etc.) is beneficial.
Structured and organized mindset with a fast-learning ability.
Resilience and a rigorous approach to safety processes.
