Ag Service Technician

21st Century Equipment LLC is hiring an experienced Ag Service Technician to diagnose repair and maintain agricultural equipment in a professional dealership environment. Compensation

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour

Responsibilities

As an Ag Service Technician you will:

• Diagnose repair and recondition agricultural equipment
• Perform maintenance on mechanical electrical and hydraulic systems
• Utilize diagnostic software and specialized tools
• Maintain safety standards in shop and field environments
• Complete accurate repair documentation
• Participate in ongoing technical training including John Deere systems and diesel technologies

Requirements

• 3 years of hands-on diesel repair experience
• Ability to operate vehicles and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Valid drivers license

Preferred Qualifications:

• John Deere University (JDU) training
• 10 years of agricultural equipment experience
• Prior experience with a John Deere dealership
