Graham is actively recruiting for a Proposal Specialist supporting the Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Proposal Manager the Proposal Specialist plays a key role in supporting end-to-end proposal management process planning coordinating coordinating and delivering high quality customer focused submissions while serving as the primary contact for internal stakeholders and contributing to team strategies and business objectives.

Your Role in Building What Matters From Office to Site

• Lead proposal process to deliver high-quality compliant submissions aligned with Grahams standards
• Analyze RFP/RFQ documents create compliance matrix and manage proposal schedules and milestones
• Coordinate internal meetings communicate responsibilities timelines and win strategies
• Develop and edit proposal content ensuring clarity consistency and maintaining content library
• Support business development and client communications including research collateral and bid clarifications

The Right Tools for the Job

• Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree; APMP Certification (or working toward) is an asset
• Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Suite MS Office SharePoint; advanced InDesign knowledge; experience with proposal development editing and compliance
• Experience: 57 years in proposal management preferably with complex submissions and deadline-driven environments
