Job Function:

• Operation of process equipment and others as assigned in a safe and efficient manner.
• Assist others to provide and organized and clean workplace including: all areas of the plant workstations equipment walkways and locker rooms.
• Possess strong organizational skills a positive attitude and the ability to work well as a team.
• Ability to self-start yet take orders as directed.
• Other duties assigned.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Experience and/or background in equipment operations such as molding rubber components spraying adhesives and grit blasting metals.
• Computer Familiarity.
• Good English reading and comprehension skills.
• Must be available to work split shift.
• Candidate must have a strong desire to be a part of a high growth company with a results-oriented culture.
• Ability to move and lift up to 40 pounds.
• New hire would start on first shift (6am 2pm) for purposes of training.
• This position is compliant to US government ITAR requirements.
