We are seeking a Senior Certified SuccessFactors Time Tracking Consultant with strong handson implementation experience delivering Time Tracking solutions across multiple legal entities in complex enterprise environments.

The role requires deep expertise in SuccessFactors Time Tracking strong experience configuring complex enterprise and industrial agreements and proven capability integrating Time Tracking with Time & Attendance systems and EC Payroll.

This is a deliveryfocused role responsible for endtoend solution design configuration testing and integration support.

This role can be performed from any of our EY offices across Aotearoa. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.

Ko Tō Rourou Your key responsibilities

• SuccessFactors Time Tracking Implementation (HandsOn)
  • Lead and deliver endtoend SuccessFactors Time Tracking implementations across multiple entities and business units.
  • Perform handson configuration of:
  • Time Profiles and Time Recording Profiles
  • Work Schedules Break Rules and Eligibility Rules
  • Time Valuation rules for ordinary time overtime penalties allowances and premiums
  • Design scalable Time Tracking solutions that support large diverse and decentralised workforces.
• Enterprise & Industrial Agreement Complexity
  • Configure and support complex enterprise agreements awards and union rules including:
  • Overtime penalties and shift differentials
  • Crossmidnight shifts and variable work patterns
  • Rosterbased and exceptionbased time recording
  • Multiple employment and concurrent employment scenarios
  • Ensure accurate time interpretation and downstream payroll outcomes.
• Time & Attendance Integration
  • Design and support integration between SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Time & Attendance systems (onTask Deputy or other thirdparty T&A platforms).
  • Ensure approved time data flows accurately to EC payroll systems.
  • Support integration and testing reconciliation error handling and monitoring.
• Testing Cutover & GoLive
  • Lead and support Time Tracking testing including unit testing SIT UAT and endtoend payroll validation.
  • Support cutover planning and execution including parallel runs and reconciliation.
  • Provide handson support during golive and hypercare to stabilise time processing and payroll outcomes.
• Stakeholder & Delivery Support
  • Work closely with Workforce Management Payroll HR IT and integration teams.
  • Provide functional leadership and mentoring to junior consultants while remaining handson.
  • Support optimisation remediation and continuous improvement initiatives postimplementation.

Ngā Pūkenga Skills and attributes for success

• 810 years of experience delivering Time & Attendance or Time Management solutions.
• Proven experience delivering multiple endtoend SuccessFactors Time Tracking implementations.
• Strong experience supporting multientity enterprisescale organisations.
• Demonstrated experience configuring complex enterprise or industrial agreements.
• Experience with Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• SuccessFactors Time Management / Time Tracking certification (mandatory).
• Deep handson expertise in SuccessFactors Time Tracking configuration.
• Strong understanding of time valuation interpretation and payroll integration.
• Experience integrating Time Tracking with thirdparty T&A systems.
• Solid understanding of downstream payroll impacts.

• Strong analytical and problemsolving capability.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of delivery outcomes.
• Clear communication skills with business workforce and technical stakeholders.
• Exposure to SAP Workforce Scheduling or advanced workforce optimisation tools.
• Experience in retail logistics manufacturing utilities or other awardheavy industries.
