The future Key Account Manager will play a key role in driving sales performance and building strategic partnerships their team within the oncology therapeutic area while ensuring a strong patient-centric approach and full compliance with industry role covers Western and Central Hungary area offering a dynamic field-based position with a strong focus on key account management and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute brand strategy and sales activities within the within the oncology therapeutic area to drive short- and long-term business performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare professionals and decision-makers
- Identify customer needs market opportunities and competitive dynamics and share insights with cross-functional teams
- Develop and implement Key Account Plans (KAPs) aligned with business objectives and customer needs
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions and win-win partnerships
- Adapt engagement strategies across multiple channels tailoring communication to evolving customer needs
- Ensure appropriate frequency and quality of customer interactions in line with plans
Key Requirements:
- University degree in Life Sciences Business or a related field
- Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales or key account management
- Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management capabilities
- Customer-focused mindset with strong adaptability and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
