Job Summary
- Daily maintenance of the assets in the CLO collateral portfolio
- Review and test new CLO structures ensuring all requirements from documentation are captured.
- Provide accurate and timely compliance reports and detailed Interest Payment Date reports to CLO stakeholders.
- Position and cash reconciliation on an as needed basis.
- Ensure procedures are followed and controls maintained in compliance with company policy.
- Deliver timely and accurate professional service to improve the client experience.
- Participate in projects to enhance the overall service offering as they arise.
- Collaborate with internal teams and departments to ensure timely delivery of services and reports
Qualifications :
- University or College business degree with a concentration in Accounting or Finance
- Demonstrable experience in Syndicated Private debt or CLO
- Fund accounting experience is an asset but not required
