Compliance Officer Anti-Bribery & Corruption

Location: Rotterdam (Blaak) or Barcelona Global Scope

With activities in complex jurisdictions and high expectations from international stakeholders we are strengthening our Global Compliance team with an experienced Compliance Officer AntiBribery & Corruption (ABC).

In this global role you will design implement and enhance a robust and consistent ABC program that supports our global operations and mitigates corruption risks. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders crossfunctional teams and partners including joint ventures with varying governance structures.

Your Impact

Policy & Strategy

• Develop update and roll out global ABC policies including:
  Code of Conduct AntiBribery & Corruption Policy Conflicts of Interest Gifts & Entertainment.
• Translate international laws and regulatory developments into clear practical processes for all Bunge regions.
• Build and enhance compliance tools and systems such as expense declaration platforms and monitoring controls.

Training & Awareness

• Design and deliver ABC trainings with particular focus on higherrisk markets.
• Drive awareness across the organization from operational teams to senior leadership.
• Promote consistent application of Bunges ethical standards across all geographies.

Monitoring Advisory & Controls

• Oversee smaller partnerships and joint ventures ensuring adherence to ABC expectations despite differing governance structures.
• Create and maintain effective internal controls for policy adherence across business lines.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for ABC topics providing strategic and daytoday advice to stakeholders globally.

CrossFunctional Collaboration

• Partner closely with Legal Internal Audit Risk Operations and commercial teams worldwide.
• Advise the business on strategic matters involving integrity and reputational risks.
• Contribute to strengthening a unified futureproof compliance culture.

Your Profile

Experience & Expertise

• 510 years of experience in ABC compliance investigations due diligence policy development or compliance monitoring.
• Proven experience within a large international corporate environment (essential).
• Strong understanding of international anti-bribery and anticorruption regulations including EU frameworks.
• Experience working with complex governance structures (e.g. joint ventures) is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills; able to influence stakeholders at all levels including senior leaders.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory expectations into practical actionable business processes.
• Strong analytical abilities strategic mindset and cultural sensitivity.
• Independent professional and motivated to make global impact.
