We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director FX Structurer

In this role you will:
- Responsible for transaction management and execution
- Actively involved in devising transaction terms creating marketing materials obtaining internal approvals deal documentation obtaining ratings pricing and execution of deals
- Act as product expert providing technical expertise and education to marketing staff and clients
- Co-ordinate the execution of transactions between trading sales marketing and internal control functions
- Draft term sheets presentations and approval papers for structures basic pricing of structures and attendance of client meetings with marketing staff for technical support
- Aim to develop an understanding of relevant market fundamentals and drivers and apply these when assessing the economic value and trading principles behind structures and trade ideas
- Assists in driving strategy for both the sales and trading desks
- Follow pricing and technical developments in the financial markets and can articulate a house view on these
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Deep markets understanding of FX and rates products and able to position structures within the broader macro/story for clients
- Strong FX derivatives expertise with proven understanding of vol greeks and risk drivers
- Robust quantitative and analytical skills in Excel VBA and/or Python
- Able to build scenario analysis payoff profiles and simple back tests
- Possess excellent communication skills and able to translate complex payoffs into clear narratives lead client discussions and coordinate pricing and execution with trading and sales
- Ability to multi-task and to work well under pressure with a control & suitability mindset
