Graham is actively recruiting for a Quality Specialist (Civil Background) to support the Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Quality Manager this role oversees quality control for all Shop and Field fabrication/construction ensuring compliance with company client and regulatory standards. The position also supports the development of quality processes and provides advanced guidance to QC Inspectors.

Your Role in Building What Matters From Office to Site

• Manage quality control for all Shop and Field fabrication/construction to meet company client and regulatory standards
• Develop and implement quality plans risk assessments and inspection/test protocols (ITPs)
• Maintain documentation including audits turnover packages and compliance records
• Provide technical guidance and training to project teams and QC Inspectors; resolve quality issues
• Drive continuous improvement liaising with authorities and recommending program enhancements

The Right Tools for the Job

• Education: Diploma or degree in a related field; knowledge of provincial regulations and MEP inspections is an asset
• Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; proficiency in MS Word and Excel; ability to manage quality plans audits and documentation
• Experience: 57 years in quality management within construction with demonstrated technical expertise and leadership
