Your future role

Youll play a key role in defining and managing the interfaces between civil works and electromechanical (E&M) systems ensuring seamless integration and successful project delivery. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (engineering project management and civil works contractors) contribute to the development of interface control documents and ensure compliance with integration processes and much more.
Youll specifically take care of defining the Interface Control Documents (ICD) relevant to civil works (CW) interfaces and creating the Civil Interface Report that consolidates all E&M installation requirements but also validating it with CW entities.
Well look to you for:
Defining the CW integration process with contractors including CAD manuals Civil Interface Reports CSD and BIM rules
Ensuring the feasibility of modifications while maintaining the responsibilities of CW contractors
Managing integration processes through Combined Drawings or within a BIM context
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure installation consistency between subsystems
Applying Alstoms best practices and lessons learned from other projects
Maintaining compliance with project contracts and technical specifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in engineering or technical functions
Understanding of railway systems including available equipment and systems with a focus on installation and interfaces with Civil Works
Knowledge of 2D/3D drawings BIM processes and relevant software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset
