Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement quantitative models for forecasting optimization and decision-making
Analyze large datasets to identify trends patterns and anomalies
Design and conduct experiments and statistical analyses
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into quantitative solutions
Build predictive models and machine learning algorithms
Validate and backtest models to ensure accuracy and reliability
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Maintain and improve data pipelines and research methodologies
Stay current with advancements in quantitative research data science and analytics
Required Qualifications
Must be currently residing in the United States
Valid U.S. work authorization (citizen permanent resident or authorized work permit holder)
Strong academic background in Mathematics Statistics Physics Computer Science Economics or a related quantitative field
Proven experience in quantitative research data science or a similar role
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or MATLAB
Strong knowledge of statistical modeling probability and machine learning techniques
Experience working with large datasets and data analysis tools
Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings clearly
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in a quantitative discipline
Experience in financial modeling algorithmic trading or risk analysis
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or Google Cloud)
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau Power BI)
Knowledge of optimization techniques and stochastic processes
Work Environment
Fully remote role with flexible scheduling options
