Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Environment Artist to join our team. As an Environment Artist you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and realistic environments for our games. You will work closely with our Art Director and other artists to bring our game worlds to life.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create high-quality 3D environment assets including landscapes buildings props and other objects using industry-standard software such as Maya 3ds Max and Photoshop

- Collaborate with the Art Director and other artists to ensure consistency and quality in the games visual style

- Use your knowledge of lighting composition and color theory to create visually appealing and immersive environments

- Optimize assets for performance while maintaining visual fidelity

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our games

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in 3D Art Game Design or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Environment Artist in the gaming industry

- Strong portfolio showcasing your environment art skills including a variety of styles and techniques

- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Maya 3ds Max and Photoshop

- Strong understanding of lighting composition and color theory

- Experience with game engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Passion for gaming and a strong understanding of game design principles
